Iron Xiaomi YD-012V: review, specifications, pros/cons, reviews.

Xiaomi has long proven that inexpensive, but high-tech tools are the norm, not the exception to the rule. And with his YD-012V cordless iron, this is confirmed once again.This is a very beautiful and functional device, made in a delicate lilac color with black accents.

Functionality

The first thing we see on this device is the lock button on the docking station, it is needed in order to remove the iron from recharging. But you can connect the iron to the network and work as with an ordinary classic iron. The docking station has a very strong, kink-resistant nylon cable.

At the base of the docking station is a wheel that makes the iron more manoeuvrable if you use it over a wired network. On the case there is a standard set of regulators: a wheel of temperature modes, a button for supplying steam and water supply, adjusting the intensity of water supply and steam supply. On top is a water tank with a capacity of 280 milliliters.

Distinctive features

The soleplate of the iron is made of ion-coated ceramic, very easy to clean and scratch-resistant. What is important, if the iron is left unattended, it turns off automatically - after 8 minutes in an upright position and after 30 seconds on the soleplate or on its side.
