The S6 MaxV comes with an advanced obstacle avoidance feature called ReactiveAI. This feature was designed to prevent getting stuck on objects, which is a common problem with most robotic vacuum cleaners.

The model uses two cameras and built-in AI image processing to detect obstacles, estimate their size and location, and automatically navigate around them. The cameras work together to capture detailed images at a maximum of 30 frames per second.

To really test the obstacle avoidance technology, I deliberately placed dog toys around the room while the vacuum was cleaning, and to be honest, it got stuck twice. By comparison, a different model vacuum cleaner excelled in this test, each time detecting toys in its path and changing direction accordingly. But along with the problems, I will also highlight the positive aspects. The S6 MaxV did a great job of removing crumbs, dirt, dust and hair from my floors. After just one full walk around the house, the floors shone almost as brightly as after the spring cleaning my wife used to do.
