The teapot is very good, glass.Different lighting modes, heating and a lot of bells and whistles. Phone control is excellent. But the plastic is like a cheap Chinese teapot. The handle at the concept of a full kettle creaks and staggers, seams with gaps. If the teapot had been made with better quality, it would have been a very cool model. Didn't expect from Redmond.
