One of the most advanced independent ovens from this manufacturer.It has a large display on the front panel, glass is thickened in 2 layers, cleaning is pyrolytic (rarely required). There is a built-in temperature probe, grilling is supported (large removable holder).
But with all its diversity in terms of functionality, there is no normal convection. The fan is small and not used for quick cooling (only for distributing hot air inside). So meat dishes are not always “perfect”.

A cool and comfortable wardrobe, with a bunch of bells and whistles (many I still haven’t had time to try in practice). But the price is really quite high.
