Functionality

Thanks to the smooth speed control, the grinding is really high-quality and consistent, without the risk of burning the device due to excessive pressure. the time of continuous work is up to three minutes, the break in work is 5 minutes. There is an ice crushing function if you want to add some freshness to your cocktail.

Distinctive features

Its main distinguishing feature is a capacious working capacity of 1.5 liters. However, it is quite heavy and does not attach easily. But, thanks to the transparent glass surface, you can observe the process of the blender from the side. In addition, the lid has a special hole for adding ingredients directly during operation. The design of the blender is collapsible and makes it easy to wash all its components.

Unfortunately, the power of this model is not enough to work with more dense and viscous products.And for dry ingredients, the blender is not intended at all - you will simply cut the products and scatter them along the walls of the blender, while the blades will rotate around the circle to no avail. Thus, UNIT UBI-404 is suitable for the stated purposes: creating cocktails, purees and cream soups, but not for something more.
